Refund policy
In accordance with business practices in the United Arab Emirates, the company hereby sets forth the following provisions for the return and cancellation of goods and services:
We’re so convinced you’ll absolutely love our products, that we’re willing to offer a 14 day risk free money back guarantee. The customer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase and return the goods within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the goods in accordance with UAE consumer protection laws and customary business practices in the Emirates.
Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
Sale and clearance items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
Shipping items
In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization. Visit any of our retail locations to return your items purchased through our online store. Our staff member will process your return or exchange for you. You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
Processing and handling of returns
Upon receipt of a valid declaration of withdrawal or cancellation request from the customer, the company shall confirm receipt within three (3) business days.
The complete reversal of the transaction, including the inspection of the returned goods and the processing of the refund, will be completed within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the customer’s valid notice of withdrawal or the date on which the cancellation takes effect.
This thirty-day processing period is in line with standard business practices in the United Arab Emirates and applies to all transactions conducted within the jurisdiction of the UAE.
What We DON’T Refund
❌ All vouchers and gift cards – Cannot be refunded, exchanged, or converted to cash
❌ Digital products after download/activation – No withdrawal rights once accessed
❌ Opened software – Cannot be returned once seal is broken
❌ Custom products – Made-to-order items cannot be refunded
Refund Conditions
Refunds will be made in the same currency and using the same payment method originally used by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
The Company reserves the right to deduct any applicable fees, charges, or costs for normal wear and tear from the refund amount in accordance with UAE consumer protection regulations.
